Cinnamon Baked Pears (Vegan & Gluten Free)

Ingredients

2 Pears, washed, cut in half & cored

1 tsp cinnamon (I like cinnamon so I added a little more ;) )

1 tsp maple syrup

Granola for topping- your choice

Coconut cream, for topping

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Place cored pears on a baking sheet. If they do not sit flat, cut a small piece off the bottom so the pear sits flat. This will keep the ingredients from falling off the pear

3. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and maple syrup.

4. Place in oven for 20-25 min to bake.

5. Remove and allow to cool slightly. Top with coconut cream and granola.
