Berry Beauti-fuel Smoothie

Whether your fueling up for a workout or looking for a hefty snack, this recipe is one of my favorite go-to's when I need something quick and tasty.

INGREDIENTS
1 Banana
1 cup mixed berries
1 scoop whey protein
1 Tbs Chia seeds
Almond milk (Amount = Your preference!)

DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend well. Pour in cup. Enjoy!
