Post-Workout Green Smoothie

Feeling hungry or sluggish after a long workout or match? Try my great tasting green smoothie receipe that will give your body the high-protein recovery it needs.

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
1 cup mangos
1-2 cups ( I do 2 handfuls) Power greens (i.e. spinach, kale, ect.)
1 scoop whey protein
1 spoonful powdered peanut butter
Almond milk
1 cup of ice (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to blender. Mix all. Pour in cup. Enjoy!
